Duration: 10-18 months

Target profitability: 10-12% per year

Debt: Fixed- and variable-income product. Fixed- and variable-interest loans with no profit. Backed by assets secured by first-lien mortgages.

Duration: 12-24 months

Target profitability: Guaranteed 4% per year / Estimated annual (fixed + variable) 12.5% per year

Equity: An investment structure linked to the profits of real estate development. Backed by first-lien mortgage-backed assets.

Duration: 12-36 months

Target profitability: 14-18% per year
